Easter Chocolate Bars

With Easter fast approaching I was having a think of some alternative presents to the normal chocolate eggs and came up with these Easter chocolate bars. I chose four different flavours; rocky road, pistachio, white chocolate and cranberry and dark chocolate and ginger. They are really inexpensive to make and would make really pretty gifts if you wrapped them up in cellophane and tied them with a bow (mine didn't make it that far!) so read on to check out how to assemble them...

You Will Need
Large Milk and Dark Chocolate Bars
White Chocolate Chips
Cranberries
Mini Marshmallows
Pistachio Nuts
Crystallised Ginger
Chocolate Curls
Digestive Biscuits

To Make
1 ) Break the chocolate bars into smaller pieces and place on a board
2) Melt a little chocolate in a bowl
3) Take the toppings that you want and using the melted chocolate as a glue, stick them on the flat side of the chocolate bar
4) Leave to cool

What are you looking forward to this Easter?
