Weekend Baking | Fruit & Nut Cookies

These biscuits taste absolutely lovely and they are packed full of good stuff too, dates, pecans and oatmeal. The dates also mean that you need less sugar so everyone is a winner! The recipe is from the Hummingbird Bakery Life is Sweet book which you can get here. Definitely make sure that you add some extra desiccated coconut to make it extra delicious!

Have you done any baking this week?

  17. It is 35 °C here at the moment, so I don't want to bake anything right now. All I can think about is ice cream.
