The Little Princess Trust

Happy Friday! Today's post is slightly different than normal but it's something that I really wanted to share. Earlier this week I accompanied my sister for a haircut as she'd decided to have quite a lot off (in the end around 12 inches was cut). However, she couldn't stand the idea of all that hair going to waste and wanted to donate the hair.
The Little Princess Trust provide real wigs, free of charge to children across the UK who have lost their own hair due to cancer treatment or alopecia. It can take up to five donations to make one wig so donations are really important.
The lovely Jo from Essence Hair And Beauty Lounge in St Albans did an amazing job and my sister was so happy with how her new hair turned out, a double success!

Thanks for reading :)

Would this be something you would consider?

  3. Your sister's haircut is cut and it is very cool that she donated her hair. I would consider doing it if I ever decide to grow my hair long.

  14. It is something I would consider if I would ever chop off my hair. But I don't see that happening anytime soon.
