Weekend Baking: Apple Tarts

Hi everyone, I hope that you've had a good week! Today I wanted to share another recipe for a weekend baking idea which I first found on Laurenconrad.com
I've made a couple of changes to the recipe, for example, I swapped the pie crust recipe for regular shortcrust which you can check out here and I chose to put the filling underneath the apples instead of pouring on top. Also, it's good to remember that if you're using cooking apples instead of eating apples, some extra sugar is required to sprinkle on top, happy baking!

Thanks so much for reading :)

Have you done any baking this week?
