Recipe - Chilli Nachos



Serves 4

Ingredients
500g Beef Mince
4 Rashers of Bacon
1 Tin of Red Kidney Beans
1 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Red Chilli
1 Large Bag of Nachos

I just use one big saucepan for everything


1)      Chop the onions, chilli and garlic and fry in the saucepan with some oil for 5 minutes

2)      Add the chopped up bacon rashers and fry for another 5 minutes

3)      Add the beef mince and leave until brown

4)      Add the tin of kidney beans, the chopped tomatoes and a tinful of water

5)      Leave to simmer for about 30-40 minutes, until most of the water has been absorbed

6)      Serve on top of the nachos with sour cream, grated cheese and guacamole
